Products and pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but the price at the time of order placement will be honoured.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and you receive a confirmation email.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Lillie By Ruthie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full eligibility criteria and process.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lillie By Ruthie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
